2. Refund Eligibility
- Eligibility: Users are entitled to request a refund of the Sitemap Buddy Software License within 30 days of purchase under the following conditions:
- Faulty or Malfunctioning Software: in the event that the program malfunctions or is defective after purchase.
- Unresolved Technical Issues: In the event that technical issues crop up and our support staff is unable to fix them after trying administrative and Level-2 help.
- Failure to Perform: If there is no way to fix the software and it does not function as promised.
3. Refund Process:

- Letter of Destruction: A refund will only be issued after you sign and return the Letter of Destruction, confirming that the software has been removed from your system.

4. Non-Refundable Conditions
- Unwillingness to Upload Files: Refunds will not be granted if you are unwilling to upload data files to our FTP server for troubleshooting purposes.
